Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pecans (or nut of choice)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp. caramel sauce
- 1 RXBAR Gingerbread Protein Bars
Directions
1. Combine yogurt and cinnamon and mix until fully incorporated.
2. Cut the bar into 8 equal pieces.
3. Roughly chop the pecans.
4. Scoop half the yogurt into a tall, slim container
5. Top with half of the rxbar pieces, pecans and caramel sauce.
6. Repeat process for second layer.
