To us, clean means that our products are made with as few ingredients as possible. These ingredients are derived from real foods. We strive for minimally processed ingredients and we don’t add anything artificial.
Here at RXBAR we believe in using real ingredients. Our bars, nut butters, and oats are made from ingredients you might find in your kitchen or pantry.
We like to think of our products as a whole food option for anywhere or any time. We’ve created our products from real, clean ingredients.
A high quality complete protein. We remove the water from our egg whites and dry them into a powder. They are pasteurized and inspected by the USDA, and safe to consume.
Dates have naturally occurring sugars which provide the sweetness in our foods. They also make an excellent binder.
Our foods include a variety of nuts and legumes: pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, and almonds. The nuts and legumes we use are not raw, as they are heat treated as safe to consume.
Cacao beans are ground, liquified, and solidified to create unsweetened chocolate. Chocolate in our food does not contain any added ingredients (dairy, soy or sugar).
Oils, essences, and extracts from natural sources, like spices, fruits, or plants. The natural flavors used in our foods come from real ingredients that could be found in nature and do not include artificial preservatives, added colors, animal products, synthetics or GMOs.Learn More
We responsibly source all of our ingredients, with as many products as possible coming from within the United States.
Most of our ingredients are inherently non-GMO. For ingredients that are not inherently non-GMO, like natural flavors, we partner with suppliers that meet our standards to ensure the ingredients are non-GMO.
We take great care in working with our partnering farmers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients for our products.
Our products are gluten free. In order to label a product as “gluten free,” the FDA requires that the product must comply with the law of less than 20 parts per million of gluten.
