- I put these in my lunch about once a week as my mid day snack. It allows me to mix up what I have each day (1/2 cup paleo granola, 1/2 apple with almond butter, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt with berries) for my mid morning snack and keeps me from snacking on other things if I get hungry before I have lunch. I've enjoyed the flavors I have tried - like them better than other bars and am satisfied without having additional cravings etc. So far, great product.
