Paleo Vanilla Blueberry Muffins

Makes 8 Servings

Ingredients:

1/3 cup RX Nut Butter Vanilla Almond Butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 + 2 tbsp. paleo baking flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.

2. Whisk together wet ingredients. fold in flour, baking powder and blueberries.

3. Distribute the mixture evenly to yield ~8 muffins.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, let cool & enjoy.
