Ingredients
- 1 pouch RX Nut Butter Vanilla Almond Butter
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (Optional)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Chocolate Chips
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Chopped Pecans
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line with parchment or grease a shallow sheet pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients: Oats, baking powder, chocolate chips, pecans and chia seeds
3. Mix remaining ingredients: Mash the Banana and blend with RX Coconut Almond butter
4. Blend both mixes together
5. Using prefered scooping utensil (1/4 cup measuring cup or cookie dough scooper) deposit on prepared baking sheet and flatten top ever so slightly
6. Place in the oven for 15 min for a cakey soft texture, 25 minutes for a cripspier cookie Keeps well in an airtight container for 3 days
